Return Policies
No merchandise returns or refunds are granted on any purchased products. Defective merchandise can or will be replaced under warranty conditions.
Warranty:
Products are to be delivered to purchaser free from manufacturing defects. All defects will be replaced free of charge less shipping cost to return defective item. In some circumstances this cost can be waived at the sole discretion of a Filt-R Customer Associate. All defects must be brought to the attention of Filt-R within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase may be required at time of filing.
Shipping Policy
All items will be shipped according to purchase agreement made at time of purchase. Items purchase directly from Filt-R on www.Filt-RMask.com or www.TheFilt-R.com will be shipped United States Postal Service unless otherwise noted or agreed to.
International Orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service with Filt-R choosing the optimal service level to delivery location. Filt-R will send shipments via Air Mail and attempt to get the order to you within 7 to 10 days but reserves the right to choose surface shipping for costly remote locations globally. Flat Rate of $13.50 USD anywhere in the world is good for up to 2 individual items.
