What size do I need?

The mask size is not about the size of your head as much as the distance from your chin to your nose. The simple way to think of it is, are you a big or small person? The average person is a large, man or women 5'8 to 5'11" range. Petite male or female with small bone structure etc, is going to be a small size where a larger boned individual 6' plus, is going to be a extra large. The other variable is a taller nose or longer chin would push a you up one size as well. The flexible neoprene and metal band are very versatile in accommodating most facial features so sizing is not very difficult.

I am allergic to grass and pollen, would wearing this help my when mowing the yard?

Filt-R gives you an added layer of protection against all kinds of foreign agents and will help when you are exposed to dusts and pollens. Because your filt-R does not cover your eyes, there is still a chance for those agents to cause irritation.

I work as a diesel mechanic and want to know if this will help filter out those fumes.

Filt-R is designed to comfortably filter out noxious fumes and odors. Although the filtration will not be 100%, it is a very complex added layer of protection for you and your airways.

How does the filtration work?

What is the difference between a facemask and the Filt-R Mask

Can I wear my Filt-R Mask when I sleep?

We do not recommend wearing your Filt-R Maskwhen sleeping. Filt-R Mask has a carbon based filter which will eventually become full of pollutant particles need an abnormal replacement schedule. A completely full carbon filter will also make breathing more difficult at night. But more imporantly, if such high toxin conditions exist on a regular basis in your home, you should consult you a professional to analyze what is wrong and make recommended changes
